Individual Therapy

Service Description

During your first therapy session we will discuss what your main issues are, what you need from therapy and how we might work together. Most importantly you will get a chance to see what therapy with me might be like and whether this feels good to you. Often clients, even in the first session, start to gain some insights and some understanding of how things could be and find the process a relief after all the time of keeping their problems to themselves. The first session can be online or one my other office locations. Generally I work from Clapham on Monday and Wednesday and from West End or City on Friday and Saturday although I can accommodate a different pattern if needed.
